<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment having a function as a wheelchair as well as a function as a walker. <P>SOLUTION: A wheelchair with walk function 1 is equipped with; a wheelchair part 35 comprising front wheels 7, rear wheels 9, a main frame 5 and a hand grip 3; safety wheels 37 which can be installed behind the wheelchair part 35 and posterior to the rear wheels 9, and a safety wheel-attaching part 39 which supports the safety wheels 37 rotatable. The wheelchair with walk function 1 can be used as a wheelchair in a first state where the front wheels 7 and the rear wheels 9 are grounded with the safety wheels 37 suspended. The wheelchair with walk function 1 can be used as a walker in a second state where the rear wheels 9 and the safety wheels 37 are grounded with the front wheels 7 suspended. The safety wheels 37 is to be free wheels. The free wheels, safety wheels 37 allows steering when used as the walker.
