PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material designed such that noodle type instant food stirred with hot water can be easily cooked after a package is unsealed, in comparison a conventional one.

SOLUTION: The packaging material includes: a cup type container 2 having a flange 3; a lid 1 partially covering the opening of the container 2 and having half-cuts 5; and a shrink wrapping material covering the lid 1 and container 2 after the lid 1 is glued to it in the flange 3.
