<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular accessory enabling work in a safe environment when a worker starts maintenance work of an inverter circuit in the vehicular accessory including the inverter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter circuit part 4 provided as one unit with an electric compressor is covered by an inverter cover 5. Inverter cover mounting bolts 7 are arranged in a depressed part 5b of an upper surface 5a of the inverter cover 5. An interlock plate 8 is arranged thereon to cover all of the inverter cover mounting bolts 7, and is fastened to the inverter cover 5 by using interlock plate mounting bolt 9. A part of a surface of the interlock plate 8 opposing to the inverter cover 5 is depressed to form a depressed part 8b, and a magnet 11 is fixed on that section.
