PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration device capable of preventing damages or the like of an inner circumferential surface of a filter body when assembling the filtration device and enhancing the cleaning property when changing the filter body, and prolonging the lifetime associated with the clogging of the filter body. SOLUTION: The filtration device comprises an outer cylinder having a bottom plate, a holding lid mounted on an opening part opposite to the bottom plate, a core arranged between the bottom plate and the holding lid along the axis of the outer cylinder, a cylindrical filter body arranged between an inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder and an outer circumferential surface of the core, and a ring-shaped biting claw which is formed on the filter body side of the bottom plate and the holding lid to bite an upper face and a lower face of the filter body, respectively. Resin-made holding stages are mounted at four parts circumferentially on the outer circumferential surface of the core in a cruciform shape while the tips thereof are brought into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the filter body. The holding stages are axially arranged in a vicinity of the bottom plate and the holding lid, and on a center part in the axial direction between the bottom plate and the holding lid to prevent detachment of the biting claw from the filter body caused by the swelling deformation of the filter body due to secular change, and to maintain the quality of the filter cleanliness.
