PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that minimizes a customer waiting time at a restaurant. SOLUTION: A restaurant management system has a order terminal 100, into which a customer enters his or her order, a catering terminal 200, into which a worker enters that cooking is completed, a kitchen display 300 installed at the kitchen, a seat available display terminal 500 located around an entrance of the restaurant, and a server 400. The server 400 has a means to receive order data from the order terminal, a means to receive cooking completion data, a means to send alert data, which is displayed on the catering terminal 200 and on the kitchen display 300, to the order data that expires a predetermined time interval between receiving the order data and receiving the ordered cooking completion data, and a means to send the data for displaying a seat occupation status on a seat available display terminal 500 when the server receives seat occupation data from the order terminal 100. |
