PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nebulizer and a sample liquid atomizer capable of restraining a diameter of an atomized sample from getting large, capable of restraining the atomized sample from being formed into a water drop, and capable of conducting efficiently qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis stably and reliably. SOLUTION: A carrier gas nozzle 32 is provided concentrically with a sample nozzle 31 in an outer circumferential side of the sample nozzle 31 in the nebulizer 3. A gas flow-through pipe 34 is further provided concentrically with a carrier gas nozzle 32 in an outer circumferential side of the carrier gas nozzle 32. The gas flow-through pipe 34 is made of silica glass, and a tip part of the gas flow-through pipe 34 is more projected than tip parts of the sample nozzle 31 and the carrier gas nozzle 32. An argon gas supply tube 35 is erected in a rear end of the gas flow-through pipe 34, and argon gas flows therethrough. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
