PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet delivery mechanism and an image forming device provided with it capable of giving pressing force according to a sheet size by a sheet pressing member. SOLUTION: The sheet delivery mechanism is constituted by a pair of delivery rollers 16; a sheet delivery port 19; and the sheet pressing member 20. On the sheet pressing members 20 provided on both left and right sides of the sheet delivery port, slits 21 are provided respectively.
