PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate layout designing of constituting parts of a car body arranged around a steering damper and to reduce manufacturing cost, etc. of the steering damper. SOLUTION: The steering damper 100 is constituted by including a piston cylinder 101 extending straight in the axial direction, a piston 102 provided free to slide in the piston cylinder 101, a first piston rod 103 extending straight from one end surface 102A of the piston 102 and a second piston rod 104 extending straight from the other end surface 102B of the piston 103. Additionally, the head end sides of the first and second piston rods 103, 104 are mounted on first and second brackets 18, 19 of an under bracket 16.
