[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An air-blowing ionizer which produces ions by applying a high voltage to a discharge needle and blows the ionized air containing the ions toward an object to be neutralized. The air-blowing ionizer comprises an ionizer body (10) having a discharge needle (107) and a fan (106), a stay (30) and so forth serving as an attachment to which the ionizer body (10) is attached, and an installation angle holding mechanism composed of a screw (38), an angle plate (37), and an engagement hole (16b) for holding the installation angle of the ionizer body (10) to the stay (30) even after the ionizer body (10) is removed from the stay (30).</p>
