<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display having a layout structure in which, when an image relatively rotates with a prescribed center position as the rotation center, the quality of the displayed image can be enhanced, and to provide a display apparatus for displaying images by utilizing the display. <P>SOLUTION: The display 201 is constituted of display cells such as: a center displaying cell 221 existing at the prescribed center point; the first circumference to the seventh circumference displaying cells 222-228 formed by segmenting concentric circles with a straight line radially arranged from the center point; and the eighth circumference to the fourteenth circumference displaying cells 229-235 formed by further segmenting the concentric circles by adding each one straight line between the concentric circle and the straight line arranged at still outer portion.
