DATA-SYNCHRONIZING DEVICE AND ITS DATA-SYNCHRONIZING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data-synchronizing device which shortens a period of time when sampling frequencies are unstable after data communication starts and also shortens a period of time when the quality of sound drops.

SOLUTION: The data-synchronizing device synchronizes frequencies of input data with read-out clocks CLK to output data or synchronizes frequencies of output data with read-in clocks CLK' to input data. In addition, the device is provided with; a frequency-synchronizing part 15 which controls the frequencies of the read-out clocks CLK or read-in clocks CLK' based on data volume per unit time of the input data or the output data. The frequency-synchronizing part 15 controls the frequencies of read-out clocks CLK before the input data are inputted or controls the frequencies of read-in clocks CLK' before the output data are outputted based on a preliminarily fixed first frequency set value SG1.
