摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problems that a specified battery is mounted to a vehicle, and a conventional charging method implemented by a charging stand and a charging facility and needing a long charging time prevents electric vehicles from being widely used. SOLUTION: A battery managing system is provided with the battery 20 replaceably attached to the electric vehicle, a power information apparatus 23 for storing identification information of the battery and calculating a current power retention capacity, a transceiver apparatus 24 for transmitting and receiving information of the power information apparatus, and a battery managing means 41 connected to the transceiver apparatus through a communication line 40. The residual power retention capacity is calculated from deteriorating conditions and discharging conditions. The battery managing means confirms a utility rate, an administration cost and an owner. The battery managing means is connected from the transceiver apparatus and a position information terminal using a GPS to a charging stand information providing system through the communication line, and guides the charging stand information providing system.
