PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which can accurately grasp the state of two balloons by indicating the state of the two balloons on a monitor and gives no possibility of incorrect operations. SOLUTION: In a device body 102 of a balloon controller device 100, a compression pump 112, a vacuum pump 114, an electromagnetic valve 116, and a pressure sensor 118 which are the control system of a first balloon 30; a compression pump 122, a vacuum pump 124, an electromagnetic valve 126, and a pressure sensor 128 which are the control system of a second balloon 60, and a controller 160 to control these pumps and valves are provided. The controller 160 transmits a state indicating signal to a signal processing part 162 of a processor 23 in accordance with measurement values of the pressure sensors 118 and 128 or a switching state of electromagnetic valves 116 and 126. The state indicating signal is processed there appropriately and state indicating images of the first balloon 30 and the second balloon 60 are displayed on a monitor 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
