PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring the diffusion of a percutaneously absorptive drug capable of easily measuring diffusion properties (percutaneous absorbability) of the percutaneous absorptive drug over a long time. SOLUTION: The apparatus for measuring the diffusion of percutaneously absorptive drug comprises a cell for measuring the diffusion of percutaneously absorptive drug; a receptor solution supply device for supplying a receptor solution for the diffusion measuring cell; a rotator housed in the diffusion measuring cell; a thermostatic chamber for housing the diffusion measuring cell; a rotating device arranged below the thermostatic chamber for rotating the rotator; and a receptor solution preparative isolation device for preparatively isolating and storing a chemical solution diffused in a receptor solution from a percutaneously absorptive drug. The thermostatic chamber is made of a metal block in which a recession part or a through hole for housing the diffusion measuring cell is formed and in which a temperature regulating device is installed.
