PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant supply system for supplying a refrigerant of a temperature requested by test facilities while correctly and quickly controlling its temperature. SOLUTION: A stirring machine for stirring the refrigerant in a heat source tank, and an electric heater capable of increasing the temperature of refrigerant are mounted in the heat source tank to which the refrigerant to the test facilities is supplied. A refrigerant supply opening to the test facilities is formed near the electric heater, and a communication opening to a heat exchanger is formed at a position separating from the electric heater. A temperature slightly lower than that requested by the test facilities, is kept, and then finely adjusted by the electric heater. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
