PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-in cooking stove capable of forming a flat inspection hole plate even in a warped outer frame. SOLUTION: The built-in cooking stove is provided with the inspection hole plate 40 blocking an inspection hole opening of a grill chamber. The inspection hole plate 40 is composed of a glass sheet 60, the outer frames 41, 42 fixed to hold the glass sheet 60 in between, and a handle 43. An inner circumference piece 46 extending toward a side arranged with the glass sheet 60 is provided in an inner circumferential rim part of an inspection hole 45. Holding pieces 47 for holding the glass sheet 60 are provided in portions not facing the four corner parts 45a of the inspection hole 45, of tips of the inner circumferential piece 46. Since each holding piece 47 is pressed against the glass sheet 60 and becomes flat when the outer frames 41, 42 are caulked together, portions of the outer frames 41, 42 facing the holding pieces 47 are flatly straightened out.
