PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier using a heat insulation compression compressor method and composed by solving a problem where a conventional grain drier requires a fuel for heating the inside of a furnace and a cooling medium for cooling it, facility management thereof is troublesome in addition to a drying operation, and energy efficiency thereof is low. SOLUTION: This dehumidifier having high efficiency without using fossil fuel can be provided by using air for a cooling medium of a compressor dehumidification method and by incorporating a drying action chamber in a cooling medium circulation circuit.
