PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform automatic inspection operation after a car is stopped by disaster. SOLUTION: An inspection operation part 9 performs inspection in a direction that a car 6 and a balance weight 7 are left from an inspection operation starting position to a first returning position at extremely low speed operation and thereafter it performs inspection from the first returning position to the inspection operation starting position at low speed operation. Next, after inspection to a second returning position at extremely low speed operation is performed, inspection from the second returning position to the inspection operation starting position at low speed operation is performed.
