PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus provided with a plurality of ICs wherein data transmission lines having been used for connection of an external device (PC or the like) for carrying out development/debug or like processing of software written in the ICs to the electronic apparatus are eliminated so as to reduce the circuit space and which prevents malfunctions due to collision of data on a data transmission line and a data reception line, which interconnect the respective ICs, when the external device is connected to the apparatus. SOLUTION: The data transmission lines for connecting the PC 2 to the electronic apparatus in the electronic apparatus are eliminated by connecting a connector 40 for connection of the PC 2 to the data reception line 50 and the data transmission line 60 for interconnecting a main microcomputer 10 and a DVD microcomputer 20/an HDD microcomputer 30, and the resistances of voltage adjustment resistors R1, R2 are adjusted so that a signal level caused at a terminal RXD is differentiated between a level at data collision and a level in an ordinary state and any of signals of the DVD microcomputer 20/HDD microcomputer 30 or the PC 2 can be read thereby preventing malfunctions caused on the occurrence of the data collision.
