<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an operation procedure by a user, shorten time for operation, and simplify image management by an administrator and security measures in operating a medical image database. <P>SOLUTION: The medical image database comprises a storage means 3 to store the medical images collected by a medical image diagnostic apparatus 2, a flag keeping means 4/12 to keep a flag that indicates permission/permission denied for an access browsable on a communication network depending on a category of the medical image and a combination of a plurality of groups to access the medical image, and a management means 4/11 to manage the permission/permission denied for the access to the medical image by using the flag kept in the flag keeping means 4/12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
