<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic-made foldable container which is easily manufactured into an arbitrary dimension, inexpensive, sufficient in strength and durability, lightweight, and foldable not in use to be highly reduced in volume. <P>SOLUTION: The container consists of an upper frame (1) and foldable box fixed thereto. The box is formed of a plastic foam board, and consists of a connection member (2) with two side walls (5) connected to both sides of a bottom face (4), and two end wall members (3), and the box is fixed to the quadrangle upper frame (1). The connection member is hinge-worked so that the end walls are folded inwardly, and the end wall members are also hinge-worked so that the end walls are folded inwardly. When the container is assembled, the end walls are located inside the side walls to prevent the side walls from being folded, and to maintain the shape of the box.
