PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing an earthquake-proof lattice-like steel frame member on a building wall surface for maintaining strong rigidity against earthquakes used on the outer wall surface and partition wall of a steel building. SOLUTION: In the steel building, the lattice-like steel member 3 assembled in a lattice shape by using various steel materials for general structural purposes such as H-steels and square steel pipes is disposed in each of the space portions p formed by vertical columns 2 and the horizontal beams 2 at the outer wall portions and the inner partition wall portions to maintain the rigidity.
