<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with urgent production while preventing the dead storage of a stock by shortening a lead time when manufacturing a wiring harnesses for a vehicles having a large number of part items. <P>SOLUTION: Before receiving an order of a wiring harness 1, three sub harnesses 2A, 2B, and 2C are assembled in a sub harness assembling process, and then corrugated partial tubes 8 each having a fan-shaped section of a central angle 120° are inserted into each sub harness 2A, 2B, and 2C, respectively. When receiving the order of the wiring harness, the wiring harness 1 is assembled of the sub harnesses 2A, 2B, and 2C in a wiring harness assembling process. When the corrugated partial tubes 8 of each sub harness 2 are joined, a cylindrical corrugate tube 4 is obtained. This improves workability in the sub harness assembling process. As a result, a lead time is shortened, and thus the urgent production is enabled while preventing the dead storage of the stock. The sub harnesses 2 are protected by the corrugated partial tubes 8, and thus are not damaged externally at the time of movement between processes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
