PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly take out a wound strip body and conduct high-speed winding work in simple constitution. SOLUTION: A winding device of a strip body includes: first and second winding shafts 12, 14 each of which is divided; a supporting mechanism 16 integrally supporting end parts 12a, 14a of the first and second winding shafts 12, 14; a diameter widening mechanism 18 integrally engaging with large diameter end parts 12b, 14b of the first and second winding shafts 12, 14, displacing the first and second winding shafts 12, 14 in the diameter direction, and having a drawing pin 80 constituting a drawing means; and a rotating mechanism 20 integrally rotating the first and second winding shafts 12, 14.
