<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fuel pump which prevents the corrosion of a coil by a in simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The motor part of the fuel pump 10 is a brushless motor which has a stator core 30, a bobbin 40, a coil 42, and a rotor 60. The stator core 30 is constituted by arranging six pieces of cores 32 in its circumferential direction. The coil 42 has six pieces of cores 32 are arranged in its circumferential direction, and is formed by concentratedly winding a coil around a tooth 33 separately for each core 32 in a state of a single body before constituting the stator core 30. An insulating resin material 46 is filled between teeth 33 adjoining to one another in its circumferential direction, covering the coil 42, whereby it is molded with resin. The rotor 60 is installed rotatably at the internal perimeter of the stator core 30. Eight magnetic poles 65 of the permanent magnets 64 of the rotor 60 are magnetized to form different magnetic poles alternately in the direction of rotation on the side of the periphery facing the stator core 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
