PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a temporary gantry in steel construction in which existing steel or concrete piles are used continuously with each other at the portion of the temporary gantry left buried in the underground at a steel construction site. SOLUTION: In conventional construction methods, the temporary gantry is constructed by using existing steel or concrete piles in placed of H-steels for the temporary gantry rented from a lease company and installed. In this construction method, the H-steels 2 used in the conventional methods are used at the portions thereof exposed to the ground.
