A method for determination of the number of bacteria in the air of industrial premises involves the culture medium preparation, bacterial inoculation to culture medium and inoculum growing in thermostat at temperature of 36 DEGREE C. Prior to growing the inoculum is treated with electromagnetic radiation for 30-60 minutes and than inoculum is grow in thermostat for 24 h.
