PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe end face finishing machine equipped with a mechanism for preventing chips produced when cutting the end face of a steel pipe, from entering the inner surface of a steel pipe. SOLUTION: This steel pipe end face finishing machine having cutting tools 3a, 3b for cutting the pipe end face, and a copy roller 12 abutting on the pipe end inner surface of a machined pipe 7, at a face plate 2 rotated by a drive mechanism, is provided with a shielding disk having a cutout part at a part to insert through the copy roller, concentrically held to the face plate so as to be insert-arranged in internal lid shape inside the pipe end of the machined pipe and preferably formed of a rubber elastic body, and an air supply means led into the pipe end of the machined pipe through the shielding disks 10a, 10b to jet air to the copy roller and/or a cutout main part from an air nozzle at the tip.
