The driving device includes a driving end adapted to receive a blow from a driving tool and an extension portion extending from the driving end, the extended portion adapted to contact a shank of the support device. The driving device also includes a nesting portion extending from the driving end, the nesting portion adapted to engage a split portion of the support device.
