PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable monocycle agitating fan constituted so that the agitating fan rises and/or inclines. SOLUTION: In this movable monocycle agitating fan, a wheel is journaled to one side of a rear side frame body for the agitating fan formed in a radial shape; a gripping base having a gripping part is arranged on the other side; an output shaft for the agitating fan is arranged in the rear side frame body; a motor is attached to the output shaft; a rear side net for surrounding the agitating fan and the motor is arranged in the rear side frame body; a connecting frame body is fixed to the opening end of the rear side frame body; a front side frame body arranged in a front side net is locked on the connecting frame body; the reverse/front side nets are united; and a base frame body is arranged in the rear side frame body.
