PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflator pump for a hollow ball usable for a long period and and having a long life. SOLUTION: This inflator pump for filling air into the hollow ball having an elastic body valve for air filling comprises a pump body having a filling rod passed through the valve for filling the air into the ball and an air reservoir feeding the air to the filling rod, a cap detachably covering the filling rod and having a lubricant coating member coating the filling rod with a lubricant, and a lubricant control member fitted to the opening side of the cap, and having a through hole in which the filling rod can be passed and at least partly reduced in inner diameter more than the cap body.
