PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly structure a differential pressure regulating valve and to quickly equalize pressure before and behind the valve after opening the valve. SOLUTION: The differential pressure regulating valve 1 is equipped with a plug 3 in which a valve body forming part 21 having a function of a valve element of a first valve part, and a casing part 22 having a function of a case are integrally formed. The first valve part is opened/closed by the plug 3 proceeding/receding with respect to a housing 2. A coil spring 33 for closing the first valve part is arranged on the inside of the housing 2, and the plug 3 is structured in a substantially complementary shape to the housing 2 mounted so as to cover the housing 2. Further, when differential pressure in the opposite direction applied to the plug 3 after the first valve part is closed becomes a predetermined value or more, the valve body 28 deforms, a second valve part opens, reverse flow of a refrigerant is temporarily allowed, and the pressure before and behind the differential pressure regulating valve 1 is quickly equalized.
