PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thickness of a foundation of a structure by reducing bending moment in a joint structure of a pile and the foundation of the structure and reducing amount of reinforcing bars in a joint part of the foundation of the structure and a steel material column to reduce cost. SOLUTION: A joint steel pipe 3 having difference in inside diameter is fixed to a top part end plate 7 of the PHC pile 1 so as to increase inside diameter dimension more than that of the PHC pile 1, and a column leg part 2b of a steel pipe column 2 is inserted into the joint steel pipe 3 to fix the column leg part 2b on the joint steel pipe 3 by concrete 4 filled into the joint steel pipe 3. Axial force of the column can be transmitted to the PHC pile 1 by engagement of the concrete 4 with the top part end plate 7, the concrete 4 is filled into the inside of the steel pipe column 2, and an upper part 2a of the steel pipe column 2 is buried into a footing 5.
