A 8 bit CPU(Central Processing Unit) using the same bandwidth as a peripheral device having a bandwidth larger than 8 bit, a method thereof and a recording medium recording a program for implementing the same are provided to directly connect the peripheral device without a wrapper even when the 8 bit CPU is connected to the peripheral device having the bandwidth larger than 8 bit. A 8 bit CPU(Central Processing Unit)(300) comprises the followings: plural accumulators(350,352,354,356) of which the number is decided by a bandwidth of a connected peripheral device; an output port having 8 bit bandwidth which is respectively connected to the plural accumulators; and a register(330) for controlling the plural accumulators. The output port is connected with a data bus of the peripheral device to which the 8 bit CPU is connected.
