PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of suppressing vibration caused during washing operation. SOLUTION: A multistage type washing nozzle 20 having a plurality of cylinders (the head cylinder 21 to the fourth cylinder 24) arranged slidably and coaxially, a flexible rack 26 for transmitting rotation of a driving motor 25 to the head cylinder 21 to extend and contract the washing nozzle 20, a transmission part 28 for converting rotation of the driving motor 25 into reciprocating movement of the flexible rack 26 through a gear, and a nozzle supporting base 19 having a guide rail 18 for holding the washing nozzle 20 so as to extend and contract are provided in a casing of this sanitary washing device 10. The flexible rack 26 is inserted into a rack tube 36. The washing nozzle 20 is fixed to a plurality of bosses 29 erected in the casing through the nozzle supporting base 19.
