PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base having excellent allergenicity reducing effects. SOLUTION: An allergenicity reducing agent is obtained by using a cellulose ester. In the cellulose ester, (a1) an organic group containing a 5-50C hydrocarbon group free of a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof or a sulfuric ester group or a salt thereof is introduced at 0.004-0.1 degree of substitution and (a2) an organic group containing the sulfonic acid group or salt thereof or sulfuric ester group or salt thereof is introduced at 0.05-1 degree of substitution.
