APPARTUS FOR LOCKING A PARKED VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parked vehicle fixing device which simplifies adjustment at manufacturing time and has resistance force against artificial and illegal escape, in a device for raising and lowering a vehicle stop panel by one cylinder.

SOLUTION: A first pinion 23 is rotated by advance of a rod 19 of the cylinder 16 to lift the vehicle stop panel 80. A lock gear of a pinion shaft lock means also rotates, but idles by a one-way clutch. A lock gear release connection means 40 releases meshing of a pinion shaft fixing gear 24 with the lock gear by retraction of the rod 19, and the vehicle stop panel 80 is lowered.
