PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tail gate structure of a vehicle, storing small cargos separately from a cargo loading space, as well as opening/closing the loading space disposed in the rear of a rear seat, even when a space for opening/closing a tail gate cannot be secured. SOLUTION: An auxiliary tail gate is rotatably disposed, through a hinge, to the tail gate opening/closing a main cargo loading space disposed in the rear of the rear seat of the vehicle to open/close the main cargo loading space. An upper trim and a lower trim are respectively fixed to and attached to an inside panel of the tail gate, and on the other hand, a trim door arranged between the upper trim and the lower trim is connected to be detachable from the upper trim and the lower trim, while forming an auxiliary cargo loading space between the trim door and the inside panel of the tail gate.
