摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Use of a master mixture comprising a fluorinated polymer and an interfacing agent at 1-30 wt.%, preferably 2-10 wt.%, and a polyolefin at 70-99 wt.%, preferably 90-98 wt.% as an extrusion agent for thermoplastic resin filler, where the fluorinated polymer and the interfacing agent are mixed at a temperature in a way that its inner mass or its surface is in a molten state and then the obtained mixture is mixed with the polyolefin. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The mixture is useful as the extrusion agent for the thermoplastic resin filler like polyolefin, styrene resin, polyester or polyvinyl chloride in the form of a film (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The mixture improves mechanical and/or optical properties of the resin. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The ratio of the fluorinated polymer to the agent is 10:90-90:10, preferably 40:60-60:40. The mixing temperature is 10-120[deg]C, preferably 60-100[deg]C at which either the agent is present in a molten state or the fluorinated polymer is present in a solid state. The mixing is carried out by compressing the components. The fluorinated polymer is a polymer having at least a monomer like a vinyl group that polymerize by radical polymerize, and at least a fluorine atom, a fluoroalkyl or a fluoroalkoxy group. The vinyl monomer is of formula (X1)(F)C=C(X2)(X3). The fluorinated polymer is: vinylidene fluoride (VDF) homo or copolymers (preferred) having VDF monomer at 50 wt.%, preferably 85-99 wt.% and a comonomer at 0.1-25 wt.%, preferably 1-15 wt.% (like chlorotrifluoroethylene or hexafluoropropylene (both preferred), trifluoroethylene or tetrafluoroethylene); trifluoroethylene homo or copolymer; or copolymer, preferably terpolymers, having chlorotrifluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and/or ethylene and optionally VDF patterns and/or trifluoroethylene units. The agent is silicone, silicone-polyethers copolymers, aliphatic polyesters, aromatic polyesters, polyethers e.g. polyethers polyols or polyalkyleneoxide, amino oxides, carboxylic acids or fatty acid esters, preferably oligomers or polymers having alkylene oxide units or a polycaprolactone e.g. polyethylene glycol of formula H(OC2H4)nOH or H(OC2H4)d[OCH(CH3)CH2]e(OC2H4)fOH e.g. polyethylene glycol. The polyethylene glycol has a number average molecular weight of 400-15000 g/mol and a melting point of 50-80[deg]C. X1 : H or F; X2, X3 : H, F, Cl, CmFpHq or CmFpHqO-; m : 1-10; p : 1(2m+1); q : 2m+1-p; n = 70-80; and e : 30-40. Provided that the sum of d and f is 100-110. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Typical composition comprised (in %): a 70:30 mixture (98) of Innovex LL0209AA (RTM: A polyethylene base having a melt flow index of 0.9 g per 10 minute) and Lacqtene 1003FE23 (RTM: A polyethylene base having a melt flow index of 0.3 g per 10 minute); and Schulman PB-8000 (RTM: A mixture of titanium dioxide (80%) and low-density polyethylene) (2).</p>
