FIELD: technological processes; mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: mixer contains loading cone, guiding cone, device for liquid spraying, grinder of centrifugal-impact action, cylindrical casing with guide vanes installed inside, and differs by the fact that loading cone is divided by partitions into sections according to number of mixed materials with arc length that is proportional to weight or volume flow rate of mixed materials, device of liquid spraying contains capillary tubes evenly distributed along circumference, through which liquid components of mixture are injected into annular curtain of loose materials flow, at bottom part of guiding cone reflecting planks are installed with the possibility of their installation angle modification, and guide vanes are installed at freely rotating axis with the possibility of vane axes incline angle alteration and their turning in relation to own axis. ^ EFFECT: creation of device for simultaneous and high quality mixing of several components. ^ 1 dwg |
