The cutter (100) has a support (110) and a monoblock cutting tip (120) integrated with each other by brazing and respectively made of basis steel and carbide. The cutting tip has a set of cutting edges (123), and the support has a shank (112) with a thread (113) for attaching the support with rotary driving units of a machine tool. The shank has a cylindrical body (111) extended at the rear by the shank and having an outer diameter corresponding to outer diameter of the cutter.
