A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) having a test point in a lateral side and a mobile terminal having the same are provided to implement signal tests of components by forming more test points in the same area by multi-layering the test points. A PCB includes components, test points(102TP,104TP,106TP,108TP,110TP,112TP), and connection units(102u,104u,106u,108u,110u,112u). The components are mounted on a bottom plane of the PCB. The test points are formed in a lateral side connecting top and bottom planes of the PCB. The connection units connect signal terminals of the components and the test points in a circuit manner. The test points are formed on at least two layers upward and downward. The PCB further includes test points via holes(102H,104H,106H,108H,110H,112H) passing through the top and bottom planes.
