A structure and a method for preventing crack on a CPF(Catalyzed Particulate Filter) of a vehicle is provided to distribute soot uniformly all over the CPF even when the volume of engine operation is decreased, by introducing extra air charged by a variable turbo charger into the CPF. A structure for preventing crack on a CPF of a vehicle includes a gas temperature sensor(10), a fuel sensor(20), an ECU(30), a supply pipe(40), a supply valve(50), and a CPF re-circulation turbo charger(60). The gas temperature sensor measures temperature of exhaust gas of the vehicle. The fuel sensor measures fuel injection amount and outputs a signal. The ECU outputs a control signal by using the output from the fuel sensor. The supply pipe interconnects a variable turbo charger(5) and an exhaust pipe(6). The supply valve is arranged at the intermediate portion of the supply pipe and controlled by the ECU. The CPF re-circulation turbo charger is arranged at the intermediate portion of the supply pipe such that the CPF re-circulation turbo charger is interposed between the supply valve and the exhaust pipe.
