PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a composite for an organic electroluminescence element excellent in temporal stability; a method of manufacturing the electroluminescence element which can stably and simply manufacture the electroluminescence element which has high luminous efficiency and emission luminance, and which is excellent in durability; and the electroluminescence element manufactured by the method.

SOLUTION: The composite for the electroluminescence element is used for forming pattern by an ink jet method. At least one of a metal complex is incorporated with at least tri- or higher-dentate ligand.
