PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means that can exactly and simply carry out the detection of quercetin metabolic product.

SOLUTION: Monoclonal antibody-producing cell strain confronting to the quercetin metabolic product; the monoclonal anti-body that is produced by the cell strains and specifically reacting with the quercetin metabolic product; the detection agent including the monoclonal antibody; and a method for immunological detection of the quercetin in samples by using the detection reagent.
