PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a presence service system and method for distributed Web service delivery and arrangement. SOLUTION: This invention refers to a method for optimizing the delivery and the arrangement of Web service to a consumer by providing presence information (a presence attribute) about a different Web service provider to the consumer in addition to business/technical information (if necessary) such that the consumer can select a Web service provider on the basis of various important factors such as a load, price or location of the Web service.
