PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine for which an underdecorated transparent plate holding frame for holding a transparent plate can be highly decorated and the attention of a player can be drawn to the game area of a game board as well. SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine, the transparent plate holding frame 100 comprises a main frame constituting member 101 made of a synthetic resin, where an opening for regulating a game opening 204 is formed, and a plurality of decoration members 136, 149, 152, 153, 157 and 175 made of the synthetic resin and mounted on the front surface side of the main frame constituting member 101, and also the decoration members are mounted along the edge part of the opening. Thus, in addition to that high decorativeness unlike before can be demonstrated by the combination of the main frame constituting member 101 and the decoration members 136, 149, 152, 153, 157 and 175, since the impression of framing the game area of the game board 319 is given to the player, the game area of the game board 319 is made to surface and the attention of the player is drawn to the game board 319.
