PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable-connector connection device capable of connecting a cable with a plurality of flatly arranged terminals to a connector in a single operation, and allowing efficient inspection. SOLUTION: In this cable-connector connection device, a correction die 13 provided with a plurality of guide grooves 14 formed to correspond to the respective terminals of the connector is mounted on a base 11, and a catching means for holding a plurality of cables by engaging them with the guide grooves of the correction die to hold them to prevent them from coming off is arranged thereon. A connector holding base is mounted on the base movably toward the correction die; a connector holding means is arranged at a position of the connector holding base facing to the guide grooves of the correction die; an extrusion means of the connector holding base is arranged outside the connector holding base on the base; the connector holding base with the connector held thereto is extruded toward the guide grooves of the correction die by the extrusion means; and thereby the plurality of cables are connected to the connector with the plurality of terminals arranged therein.
