PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method of a dial telephone using a fixed dialing system. SOLUTION: The communication method of the dial telephone using the fixed dialing system has a main purpose to enable a user to call in the familiar dialing system anywhere even locally wherever or whichever country the user is. A technology used in the present invention is characterized in that the communication apparatus receives a number given by the user, and then the number is switched into a standard telephone number of E. 164. Further, the standard telephone number of E. 164 is exchanged with a final dial number recognizable by a local communication exchange function, and then the final dial number is transmitted to a local communication switchboard to complete a telephone dial.
