PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the trouble in a transplanting machine having a ground leveling means such as ground leveling rotor to level the field surface and placed in front of a planting machine comprising the flow of muddy water accumulated in front of the ground leveling means to the right and left sides to cause the falling and damage of the adjacent existing planted seedlings.
